I always love it when friends and family grace my camera, so yesterday's engagement session was no different. I've known Halie and Josh for a couple years now, and finally had the opportunity to photograph their little family last year in a mini session with their two pups Kane and Luna. Little did I know that just about a year later they would get engaged! The funny part? She didn't even tell me they had gotten engaged when she reached out asking about my wedding packages! After I started sending her information I realized that either: it was for a friend of hers or it was for her. So I had to be bold and ask "Hold on... Did you get engaged?!" to which response I got "Yep! this morning!" AND y'all already know a happy dance happened upon hearing that! So a couple months later, Halie, Josh, and their two pups graced my camera again, but this time for their engagement pictures!
Y'all know I love an adventure for my sessions, so of course this one wasn't any different. We started off at Bass Lake in Holly Springs, NC where we walked a trail, got to see a gorgeous lake, and took the cutest shots of them with their pups.
After that we would galavant to downtown Fuquay-Varina, NC where we would finish off their session just the two of them.
